Give unique links to the participants
Unique links to each participant, so the person don't have to select who he is (or click the wrong person by mistake, or answer for other persons without permission).

Definitely necessary. In addition, hiding the names/email addresses to everyone but the organizer is important as well. We may not want to share with a client or interviewee who we are considering in the pool of sales staff or interviewers that they may be pooling from.
This is a must for adoption. On large meetings the possibility for human error, malicious or not, is very high. The honor system hasn't typically been a good plan of attack for IT systems.

I would second this one. When I first saw the name selection piece I was a little thrown. I had expected a unique link for me.
Also, I work for a risk-adverse company and I think they would be concerned about permissions here. Since one user could technically go and say they are each person or accidentally pick the wrong person. Granted I recognize that it is probably less likely to happen and the purpose of the app is to make people more productive. However, as an IT professional at a larger corporation I will have to convince leadership and legal that there is no risk here. So, I think personalized links would help.
