Need an option to edit invite before sending/ scheduling final invite
An option to edit invite before sending final schedule will help to add/edit any changes. Like 'Edit the invite before send'
I would like to see the final poll before it sends invites. I did a test and Teams was automatically put in the invite. We mostly have face to face meetings.

Use case: I often need to add a Zoom invite link. So I either have to send the invite, and then edit it (spamming attendees with multiple emails), or I have to book the meeting separately and cancel the FindTime meeting (hereby losing much of the efficiency that this app brings).

Once all have voted, i need to find the conference room and update the invite. Need to be able to add the information that was not known when the poll was created.

I use FindTime when trying to schedule meetings with customers and partners. The person from that company may not mind having the full context, including the original FindTime poll box, but when they forward that to co-workers they want to join the call, the background thread and FindTime poll box can be really confusing. Being able to edit the invitation before it goes out would be one way to handle this, although it means a break in the automated process and potentially delaying sending invitations. Even better would be the ability to specify in advance what will go out in the invitation. In all cases, I'd remove the FindTime poll box, and in many cases, the body of the email thread, replacing the latter with a one- or two-line description or agenda.
meanwhile with MS Teams, the skype transformation on switching over to TEAMS happens already within Microsoft, so having n option to decide whether tis going to be a TEAMS or Skype Meeting Link would help trenmendously - this could be part of the "edit invite before send" feature and a nice add-on!

You mean edit/update *sent* invitations before deciding on time?

This alone would solve the issue of using 3rd party conferencing meeting links etc. This way once the final invite is agreed apon, e-mail comes back to us to edit / approve final invite, then we can add in our conferencing information.
Do this, and make TBD the default for creating findtime's instead of S4B and it will solve or at least give us a good temporary solution to a lot of headaches.
I agree with the idea. There should be an option to edit invite before sending/scheduling final invite.

Instead of hitting "Schedule" and having an invitation automatically sent, I would rather have the meeting invitation pop up so that I can review the information (and edit or add details if needed) before hitting send.
I agree with the above comment. In addition, the final invitation confirmation keep the text of the original FindTime poll email, which is misleading as some invitees consider that the final confirmation is a new/revised poll email. We should be able to edit the invite to reflect the final information we would like to share ahead of the scheduled meeting.
My biggest complaint with FindTime is that I want to tailor the name of the meeting and other details based on location, etc. I don't always have that information at the time I send the initial email with my availability - so the need to edit the invite comes up all the time. Basically, I can't use any of the auto-scheduling functions which detracts from the productivity associated with the tool. More flexibility, please!!
Completely agree. As we use Skype all of the time, our only option is to delete the placeholder and create a new Skype meeting for the agreed slot. For format/font of the resultant invitation was not very pleasant in my experience as well.
I would like the same!!
In Addition I would change like to change from a Skype Meeting to F2F Meeting..
Currently the Skype Call is added automaticly, not a good thing!
