Allow Findtime to set up Teams Meetings
I use FindTime a lot with customers, but am using Teams for my meeting default instead of Skype
We heard your feedback and have rolled out the functionality!
Please read this support articles for more details. (https://support.office.com/en-us/article/scheduling-meetings-with-findtime-4dc806ed-fde3-4ea7-8c5e-b5d1fddab4a6)

Would like to get an update on this. I am experiencing the same issue as Mike Gustavson.

Would love to get an update on this... the setting they're talking about doesn't seem to exist. Where do you set the 'default online meeting channel'? We use Teams exclusively, and have adjusted everything we can find, but FindTime still uses Skype (in fact, the Findtime window still says 'Skype Meeting' not 'Online Meeting' like the new screenshots in the link above suggest).
"(FindTime will use whichever has been set by your organization as the default online meeting channel.)"
Well, this is not what I need: We are in the transition from SfB zu Teams.
I am a forerunner on this but can not use Teams with findtime. Why can I not set this individually?
Would advance the propagation of Teams quite a lot here.
Organizations need to change their default meeting scheduler from Skype to Teams. In the Teams admin console, under Org-Wide settings > Teams Upgrade you can set up your upgrade experience from Skype for Business to Teams.

I found this on the documentation page: "If you saved a Skype for Business setting in your Findtime dashboard, FindTime will use that instead of Microsoft Teams. If you want to use Microsoft Teams, delete the Skype for Business setting in your dashboard."
Hopefully this helps!

In my "old" dashboard, it says "Skype settings No Skype info" and still sends Skype meetings, which means to get a teams meeting, I have to delete the automatically created meeting and recreate. I see no such option in the "new" dashboard.
Same thing here. Still not completed, there is no such setting.

This isn't completed.
Like others, I have been trying to figure out where to change the "default online meeting channel" and cannot find it. FindTime is still creating Skype for Business meetings rather than Teams meetings.
Can FindTime please be integrated into Teams, so it's available when scheduling meetings from withing Teams (just like it is in Outlook)? I don't see any options for this right now.
This functionality does not exist, there is no way to schedule a Teams meeting with the FindTime dashboard.

Agreed, this article must have a link with instructions for how to change the "default online meeting channel" from SfB to Teams. And in the Settings panel of https://findtime.microsoft.com/UserDashboard, there is no indication of whether/how you can switch from SfB to Teams on an individual basis.
Even not having any setting configured for Skype in the FindTime Dashboard, I still get Skype Meetings created as default (since I believe that is the company current setting). Why do you not do this setting a user's choice? Why is it using the default setting of the org?... if the company provides both options, we should be able to choose our meeting channel option for the auto-scheduling on the FindTime Add-In... please comment this!
Hi. FindTime still cannot schedule a Teams meeting. We're 100% Teams organization (no SfB around). How can you reply, that the functionality is rolled out, when it clearly isn't?
Great its now here but the link you have given is for users and says "FindTime will use whichever has been set by your organization as the default online meeting channel. " but gives no idea where an office365 admin can find this setting. I have looked long and hard and cant find it anywhere or any documentation about it online?

@claytonfernandez and @Jean-RobertJeanSimon - I don't see where i can delete skype. I went into my settings and the only option I have is to add but not delete. Can you assist?

@Christopher.ng Read the step 8. 😉
the article is about how to scheduling meetings with find time , it doesnt cover the proposed idea.
Good to hear this is coming, do you know when this will be rolled out? When I try it now, despite being in Teams-only mode, a Skype meeting is still created.
I don't see the Teams option in the settings dashboard.
Only Skype is indicated. Any idea as to when the feature will be updated?
