Combine ”Send availability” (from outlook for iOS app) with FindTime
A combination of “Send availability” (from the outlook for iOS app) and FindTime would create the perfect solution for scheduling across different companies. This is how I imagine it to work:
1. You choose your available time slot like you do with “Send Availability”
2. The table of available times is transferred to FindTime to create a FindTime poll and your chosen time slots are held in your calendar like with current FindTime queries.
3. Recipients can answer to your FindTime the same ways as they do today but with the extra feature to narrowing down a large time slot (eg you have sent a possible time slot that covers 4 hours let’s say 8-12 but the recipient is available only from 8-10 so the recipient choose to narrow down the time slot to 8-10 before marking it as a possible meeting time)
