Allow resources (like rooms) to be incorporated in FindTime
At the moment one can invite people and check their availability but booking a meeting room (added as a resource in the Outlook) can not be done. It would be great to be able to check people's availability together with a potential meeting location. Hope this becomes available soon.
Resource assignments and Teams integration are key components to getting our customer base to use Find Time. Without either of them we are getting very minimal adoption.
You can invite a room resource to a FindTime meeting. Assuming the resource is internal, you can see the availability of the resource just like any other staff in your organization,
The problem we ran into is that the room doesn't respond to the survey, so no HOLD appointments are put on the calendar for the resource. Until the meeting date/time is finalized and the resource gets scheduled, it's possible that someone else might have scheduled the resource for that time.
I guess I'm asking for an option where the organizer can put a HOLD on the calendar for a domain resource (or user) for open time slots when the organizer sends out the FindTime survey. This would also be helpful for an invitee in the same organization who is currently on vacation and won't respond to the survey.

Adding locations would be awesome. That alone would simplify many processes, events, and coordination.

Agree.. but not limited to meeting ROOM, I often coordinate meeting locations for networking events (small 'power lunches') and being able to offer a few choices of location as well as day/time would be wonderful.
Agree. Every time I have to create a secondary meeting or modify the created one to add the room.
Should definitely an option to be added
I would like for invitees to be able to vote for their preferred meeting location between my two offices, as well as schedule.
