Teams Meeting invitation
When Findtime schedules a Teams Meeting and doing this while replying to a lengthy email thread, it inserts the Teams Meeting invitation at the end of the thread in the calendar invitation.
Would be nice to have it at the begining (I need to open the finalized meeting, cut and paste the Teams info every time).
In the FindTime Dashboard, perhaps we could simply paste in a signature block that has all our conferencing information in there? There is a Skype settings box- I just type in the Teams URL in there.
Adding global phone numbers isn't easy!

Reply with the Teams meeting link and conference bridge make sure that the location is also updated with: Microsoft Teams Meeting. This will help a ton. Several of my contacts get confused when the meeting details are all the way at the bottom and the location is blank.

Would be nice to have the conference bridge at the top regardless of the length of thread. Even if the chain was one email long, the conference bridge information get's hidden on a mobile phone.

Yes. The same way it does when I reply to an email with a Teams Meeting...at the top, otherwise, useless.
How do you even schedule a TEAMS meeting? I don't see how to switch from Skype to Teams.
