Totally need a web companion like https://calendly.com
https://calendly.com is a great way for users to post their availability publicly so that people can schedule meetings even though they are not in the O365 kind of an environment and cannot see the Free/Busy data. I think this will be a huge advantage for all the customer facing roles like sales, marketing and account managers.

FindTime is great for working to schedule a meeting with several people based on unique calendar constraints. What FindTime is missing is the ability to send an invite to several people with your availability with the goal of setting up a 1 on 1 meeting with each of them. The functionality is similar, but the scenario somewhat tangential.
I couldn't agree with this more! We use Calendly for our educational advisors to meet with their Scholars, to set time to connect and work on academic paths. This feature would be most advantageous for anyone who wants to have the ability for external collaborators to "get on their calendar" without the interrupt of discussion or administrative scheduling. In per personal example, I reserve a certain time every day to entertain vendor calls or solicitations. I refer them to my Calendly to select a possible time, that spans out into the future for about 4 weeks.

Thanks for your tip @Vijay.
Do you use Calendly today? Do you mind sending me some of the scenarios you are using it for.
