  1. Attendees - "Select your name to continue" is not obvious enough: Improve UI

When an attendee visits the link provided in the email invite, they land on the "attendee selection page" where they have to select their name to continue. Somehow this page is not explaining to the visitor what they need to do next.

We've been using FindTime for about 2 years now, but recently multiple invitees haved reached back to ask about what they should be doing on that page. I guess, they're not noticing the "Please select your name to continue".
Looking now at the page myself, instinctively, it appears that if I click on an attendee email address, my…

  2. Need this to work across multiple calendars

No use to me. I have 9 different Outlook accounts and one Gmail, with calendars for different organizations; schools, businesses, personal. I have to crosscheck all of them. Need this app to be able to check all calendars I specify.

  3. FindTime should be able to send to Distribution Lists

Currently, you can't send a FindTime to a Distribution List without expanding it. Please begin supporting sending to Distribution Lists to make the experience quicker and more user friendly.

  4. Blind copy invitees

I would like to be able to blind copy invitees so that we protect people's contact information and don't have to share participant email addresses.

  5. Data Privacy

Why does FindTime forward my personal data to 3rd party vendors?
I recommend that Findtime keeps its data within our tenant, which is covered by Microsoft's data privacy statement.

  6. Add attendees without them getting notified...

I'm an Executive Assistant and often times I need to reach out to other assistants to get their Executives availability. I thought FindTime would be the perfect solution. However, when I create the poll, I'm required to put their Executive's name in the To, or CC field, and this will trigger an email to the Executive, who will not want to be bothered with voting on a time. Is there a solution for this, currently, or could an enhancement be created for this? Maybe a field to enter an email of an executive who's availability will show, but they won't…

  7. Allow you to reuse the times you just sent in your last invite

Useful when you have some times that you can meet one-on-one with different clients. You offer them all the same times, and allocate on a first-come first-served arrangement.

  8. Allow custom FindTime meeting locations

In FindTime, Skype is the default. It would be great if this was expanded to include the rooms in O365 and 3rd party solutions, even if that was pasting a link (i.e. Zoom, WebEx, etc).

  9. Lock time since attendees did not pick their time choice

The attendees only reply their option by email not by FindTime. That's why we want to auto-scheduling/lock the time on FindTime by ourselves.

  10. Email Subject / Meeting Title Decoupling!

Enable users to enter a meeting title/subject within the poll settings independent of the email subject - this would allow a user to create and insert a meeting poll within an email chain/thread without having to change the subject of the email.

Simple, but it would be a very convenient feature for an already outstanding add-on by Microsoft. Thanks - LOVE the work you're doing.

  12. Use more distinguishable colors showing if someone is free/busy.

I suggest that the colors used to distinguish between whether people are free or available in FindTime new meeting poll in Outlook be made more distinguishable to assist people who red/green color blind. Currently, the colors are not easily distinguishable. When scheduling a poll, it is difficult for some people to tell the difference between the little green person and red person.

  14. sign up for appointments

One click appointment or sign up list functionality similar to Calendly, where people can book an appointment at a range of times made available. (perhaps this is already there and I have not found it.)

  15. Improve accessibilty for color blind / visually impaired

The screen that shows how everyone has voted should offer better visual distinction between ? X and the check mark.

I don't see how it meets the standards for visually impaired people.

  17. Allow different work hours on different days

My work hours are different on different days of the week. At the moment, I can only choose one time span and it applies to any day of the week I check.

  20. Respond to poll even if not on initial list of attendees

Allow a user to respond to a meeting poll even if they were not on the original invite list. Sometimes I do not know all of the relevant parties for a meeting. It would be ideal to allow people who received the poll via an email forward to be able to vote too.
