  1. scrollbar

list of meeting time options on small screen when using mouse or touchpad would benefit from having a scrollbar

  2. change (or enable us to edit) the auto-invite e-mail

For clients, this is too cheeky a tone:
"What are you waiting for? Check out all the options and vote now!"

Either enable us to edit, or please change it to something more professional ...
    Such as:
"Thanks for taking the time to select the times that work for you - we appreciate it!"

  3. Your friend zyz is using FindTime...they are unlikely to be "friends" in a business context.

The wording used in introductions and invitations is very poor. Suggest someone takes a look at this.

  4. Allow creator to set primary calendar for Free-Busy other than their own

Often meetings are created by admins who won't be attending the meeting in question. It would be nice to designate someone else's calendar to be the primary Free-Busy in establishing available slots to select from.

  5. Update poll times based on organizer schedule changes

Available times for a meeting change often (as other meetings/invites get booked while waiting on invitees to vote). It would be cool if FindTime could automatically remove meeting option times that are no longer valid for the organizer.

  6. Allow default meeting time if nobody votes to be auto scheduled

Provide a way to specify a "default" time would be great. That way if nobody votes 1 day before the slot, Snapmeet should pick the default slot and schedule the meeting automatically :-)

  8. Getting to Date Options More Efficiently

The ability to type in dates would be nice vs arrowing through to the month/date

  9. Set up multiple one on one meetings during a specific timeframe

I would love to use this tool for office hours or one-on-one meetings with my team where I can send out a few different time holds and each team member can select and reserve one of the times for a meeting with me. Then the other team members would be able to see that the selected time is no longer available as an option for them.

  11. Monthly view

I think it would be nice to give the same options as Calendar in term of views: day / week / month

Month view would be very useful if you also implement the full day booking option

  12. Ability to edit dates rather than totally canceling and sending a new invite.

Having already made a mistake myself(selected 27th March instead of 27th February), I was looking for the option to edit the invite rather than cancel and send a new one. It would also be nice then to have the dates chosen by the participants to remain on the days which were not affected by the change (e.g. when one day was wrong from 3 available, all the votes for the 2 correct days should not be affected).

  13. It would be awesome to make a list of all suggested contacts to invite members to download FindTime

Just like you see in Facebook, invite friends for a new facebook user or invite members to join your Page or Posts. We can make inviting contacts easier THAN having to type name and email address one by one
