  1. Clicking on the Poll link opens O365 outlook e-mail (instead of poll details)

Clicking on Poll link from the FindTime dashboard opens web based outlook... It should open Poll details

  2. When Click on Poll link - goes straight to Outlook web inbox not the poll

When I click on an open poll - needed if you want to remove or add calendar options and to send reminder to unanswered invitees - this now sends me directly to my outlook web browser email - only since today (22.4.21)

  6. Find time is broken!

When I send out a poll it is not integrating the subject and just says an invitation to meet and when the invitees receive the poll their names are not included and then can not add their name so they can not vote. It is broken. Using with Outlook 16.44 for Mac

  9. Clicking Poll Link gives error message

Have tried to create two polls in the last day. Each time when people click the link to vote it says "Your poll can't be displayed right now. Please close this age and click from the original link again" Everyone is clicking the original link. This is making the app not usable

  10. Cannot Edit People with Hyphenated Names

Creating FindTime event works fine within Outlook, however when I went to edit the event and move a recipient from "Required" to "Optional" it would not allow me to save the change because of "invalid name" - the person's last name was hyphenated. Seems like a SUPER easy fix to allow to save a name containing a hyphen - and in fact it already allows hyphens from the original creation process.

  11. The "Schedule" action does not work

Once you've received a consensus for a date (sometimes not quite all respondees), the Schedule (which is presumably the verb usage and not the noun usage) button does nothing accept take you to a voting page - why would I want this? I want to take the action of scheduling the selected meeting option. As it stands, we need to resetup the meeting from scratch - what's the point of FindTime again? :|

  12. Bug with authenticated poll - error sending verification code

I wanted to allow only authorized users to join the poll.
I therefore selected: Require to verify identity when setting up the poll
The users invited are me (in Exchange online) and a colleague of mine (still in Exchange).

When the participants try to vote for the poll, they reach a page where a code is requested. Immediately we all get an error "couldn't send verification code". The same error occurs when I try to resend the code (with the link).
No code was received on my mailbox, therefore I'm just stuck.
My mail address (that is shown ) is…

  13. "Please select your name to continue" needs to be more prominent

When an unsigned-in invitee clicks on the 'Options' link, it is not immediately obvious that they need to pick their name - the label or action needs to be more prominent, perhaps buttonised. See screenshot.

  14. Editing a attendee fails, if name contains special characters

When I edit an existing attendee of an ongoing meeting poll, saving fails.
FindTime reminds me to enter a valid attendee name.

Language-specific characters, i.e., äöüß in German, are treated as invalid characters.

I must change the Name to avoid special characters:
    ä = ae
    ü = ue
    ...

That is not the best end-user experience.

  15. Vote button is missing after recent update

I don't know if this is technically a bug per se, but the removal of the Vote button is causing confusion with my customers. It's not obvious where they need to click to vote. I end up having to add my own "vote" button.

  16. FindTime not working on Android Chrome for scheduling meetings

    Browser: Chrome 91.0.4472.164
    Phone: Samsung J7 v2
OS: Android 9, kernel 4.4.111. One UI version 1.1, security patch April 1, 2021

FindTime scheduling of a meeting with 1 organizer and 1 participant on Android Chrome does not work. Two separate issues.

First issue: I cannot zoom in or out of the FindTime interface. The scheduled new meeting buttons on the right of each time are off the screen. Rotating the phone into portrait mode gets around this issue.

Second issue, and most critical: Clicking on the new meeting button on this page loads a page with an HTTP 500 error,…

  19. Unscheduled meetings remain unnecessarily in organizer's calendar as "HOLD:"

When multiple meeting times selected and one of them is scheduled based votes, the rest other unscheduled meetings remain unnecessarily in organizer's calendar as "HOLD:"

MSFT doesn't support this issue, it's unexpected to hear. Either provide support or take off such Add-ins.

  20. FindTime does not respect outgoing Email Rules

FindTime does not respect outgoing Email Rules when sending mails.

I have a 1 minute delay on sending mail from my mailbox that is configured in my outlook client - allows me to correct or update the mails I send.

FindTime does not respect these outgoing rules so mails are sent immediately without going into the OutBox

Findtime need to use the Outlook Outbox so that it will obey any Send rules
