  1. Unable to schedule the suggested meeting Error something broke

    After receiving an email notification "FindTime can't auto-schedule your meeting" and Signing In to schedule the error we encounter is something broke.

    We tried all other browser and same error occured.

  3. Meeting invites appear at the bottom of the message chain

    when creating a FindTime meeting, the message invite with the bridge information appears at the very bottom of the message chain, this can cause a lot of confusion if the FindTime was sent as a reply to a thread, and even more confusing if FindTime is used multiple times within a thread.

  4. Login as . . . .

    When somebody recieves the FindTime Meeting invatation and clicks on the "Select options" they see all invitees.
    If they aren't a O365 user, they then can select any invitee they want and select a time in there place.
    There's no actual check if the invitee is actually the invitee.

    Although I'm not the organizer I can add required and optional invitees.
    This makes no sence, this should only be possible for the organizer.
    It would be more logic if they can suggest and invitee and the organizer would approve it.

    This way the application isn't safe to use (User privacy…

  5. Microsoft Teams online meeting instead of Skype

    Allow the option to choose Microsoft Teams instead of Skype for the scheduled online meeting.

  6. Unable to create meeting poll

    When trying to insert a New Meeting Poll using the Outlook plugin on a new email message Findtime spins for a while and eventually says "Sorry we are having trouble finding time. Try Again."

    This is happening to other users in my organization.

  7. Oh No! Looks like we hit an error :( Loading FindTime Failed

    Find Time will not work when run as normal user on some machines but others it will. When run as Administrator, works fine.

  8. 24 hour time format

    Times are displayed as AM/PM, not 24 hour format used in most of the world. Should be a per user option or at least respect browser language/region.

  9. Unable to sign in using 'Link Now' from meeting popup in Outlook 365 Mac.

    Clicking 'Link Now' results in 'You're all set!' popup, but FindTime tab on right, results in sign-in error.

    We are having trouble signing you in. Please close the add-in and try again.

  10. Basics: Settings for meeting location/subject

    When creating a meeting with findtime and choosing to make it an online meeting it seems to be smart enough to utilize the installed online meeting provider (Teams). When receiving the invitation after votes/confirmation is done, the Meeting however displays the dial in number as meeting location rather ANY info that's a Teams meeting (only ugly URLs at end of notes once someone scrolls down). This is a showstopper as it requires to re-arrange the whole thing manually.

    Get an error message when trying to cancel a poll. This prevents poll from being removed.

  12. Not shows prefer symbol heart when the invite has scheduled

    When an invitation is over and the results are displayed, the application does not show those preferences that users have marked as preferred. On the other hand, when an invitation has not yet ended, these preferences are shown with the symbol of a heart.
    It would be helpful if the heart symbol continued to show the times preferred by guests.

  15. display name

    FindTime should use the Display Name for the organizer from Outlook / Active Directory when Display Name has been defined.

    Currently, FindTime only ever uses the First name and Last name fields from Active Directory for the organizer. This creates confusion when the person doesn't use the First or Last names in AD, but instead is known by the Display Name.

    Invitees to the meeting show up under their Display Name, so the Organizer should too.

  16. Does not work with Vivaldi

    As far as I can see this does not work with Vivaldi. I know Vivaldi doesn't have a ton of market share, but it would be nice if this worked there. I use it as my main browser. As a workaround I can use Chrome, but it isn't as convenient.

    Obviously not a top priority.

  18. Availability and meeting options not updated

    After I send a meeting poll, if a new appointment causes a conflict on my calendar, that should be reflected on the poll when a user goes to select options. There's two ways you could do this: 1) remove the conflicting poll option, or 2) automatically mark me (the organizer) as being unavailable during the conflict time slots. I'm hoping this should be easy since Microsoft has access to my Outlook calendar and can see the conflict.

  20. Meeting Automatically Scheduled but it still wants be to schedule manually in the dashboard.

    Also, it doesn't remove the holds until the meeting is manually scheduled.
