  1. Unable to schedule the suggested meeting Error something broke

    After receiving an email notification "FindTime can't auto-schedule your meeting" and Signing In to schedule the error we encounter is something broke.

    We tried all other browser and same error occured.

  2. Meeting invites appear at the bottom of the message chain

    when creating a FindTime meeting, the message invite with the bridge information appears at the very bottom of the message chain, this can cause a lot of confusion if the FindTime was sent as a reply to a thread, and even more confusing if FindTime is used multiple times within a thread.

  3. Microsoft Teams online meeting instead of Skype

    Allow the option to choose Microsoft Teams instead of Skype for the scheduled online meeting.

    When somebody recieves the FindTime Meeting invatation and clicks on the "Select options" they see all invitees.
    If they aren't a O365 user, they then can select any invitee they want and select a time in there place.
    There's no actual check if the invitee is actually the invitee.

    Although I'm not the organizer I can add required and optional invitees.
    This makes no sence, this should only be possible for the organizer.
    It would be more logic if they can suggest and invitee and the organizer would approve it.

    This way the application isn't safe to use (User privacy…

  5. 24 hour time format

    Times are displayed as AM/PM, not 24 hour format used in most of the world. Should be a per user option or at least respect browser language/region.

  7. Can't link FindTime to Outlook

    Outlook's newest update unlinked my FT. Now when I try to link with the button "link now" the sign in page doesn't load it says "Can't reach this page"

  8. FindTime no longer works on Outlook 2016 - Add-in error

    I was unable to use FindTime at all today so I updated to the most recent version of Outlook and still it will not work. We have 50 computers that had it pushed down to install so we cannot possibly uninstall then reinstall on all PCs.

    Why does it just stop working?

  11. new option

    As the organizer, I added and submitted a new option. Invitees received a 'New options proposed' notification, but their response to the new option was automatically selected, duplicating their response to the other/original option. Their response to the new option should not be automatically selected. It should remain gray until they submit their response / vote.

  12. Loading Issue

    Whenever someone goes to login they do not see the main interface, instead they have a loading bar that nonstop loads and does not ever populate.

  15. Holds will not disappear after confirmation

    I created a proposed meeting with 8 different time options. All users had O365 except one, who had a hotmail. All users voted. The meeting time was selected and I received notification that the meeting had been set.
    However, the 7 other holds on my calendar would not disappear.

    And I can't find out how to get them to disappear without individually deleting each one.

  16. Issue when meeting attendee suggests new time while busy

    Hello, I made the experience that when a meeting attendee suggests an alternative time slot, FindTime finalises the meeting although I am busy/out of office in my calendar.
    Please have this fixed.

  20. Subject is not updated when 'Reply with Meeting Poll' is used

    I received a reply to a OneDrive-generated email (I had shared a folder with someone). They answered me back and I clicked 'Reply with Meeting Poll. After I had selected 5 possible times for the recipient to consider, FindTime opened an Outlook email form and I changed the subject line. That went out fine - but when I got automatic notification from FindTime (confirming that I had sent it out) the subject line was the original message, NOT what I had changed it to. I had to check and make sure my email did have the subject line I wanted…
