  1. Clicking on the Poll link opens O365 outlook e-mail (instead of poll details)

Clicking on Poll link from the FindTime dashboard opens web based outlook... It should open Poll details

  3. When Click on Poll link - goes straight to Outlook web inbox not the poll

When I click on an open poll - needed if you want to remove or add calendar options and to send reminder to unanswered invitees - this now sends me directly to my outlook web browser email - only since today (22.4.21)

  5. Find time is broken!

When I send out a poll it is not integrating the subject and just says an invitation to meet and when the invitees receive the poll their names are not included and then can not add their name so they can not vote. It is broken. Using with Outlook 16.44 for Mac

  8. Bug with authenticated poll - error sending verification code

I wanted to allow only authorized users to join the poll.
I therefore selected: Require to verify identity when setting up the poll
The users invited are me (in Exchange online) and a colleague of mine (still in Exchange).

When the participants try to vote for the poll, they reach a page where a code is requested. Immediately we all get an error "couldn't send verification code". The same error occurs when I try to resend the code (with the link).
No code was received on my mailbox, therefore I'm just stuck.
My mail address (that is shown ) is…

  9. Unscheduled meetings remain unnecessarily in organizer's calendar as "HOLD:"

When multiple meeting times selected and one of them is scheduled based votes, the rest other unscheduled meetings remain unnecessarily in organizer's calendar as "HOLD:"

MSFT doesn't support this issue, it's unexpected to hear. Either provide support or take off such Add-ins.

  10. The "Schedule" action does not work

Once you've received a consensus for a date (sometimes not quite all respondees), the Schedule (which is presumably the verb usage and not the noun usage) button does nothing accept take you to a voting page - why would I want this? I want to take the action of scheduling the selected meeting option. As it stands, we need to resetup the meeting from scratch - what's the point of FindTime again? :|

  11. "Please select your name to continue" needs to be more prominent

When an unsigned-in invitee clicks on the 'Options' link, it is not immediately obvious that they need to pick their name - the label or action needs to be more prominent, perhaps buttonised. See screenshot.

  12. Time zones are completely messed up

I scheduled a meeting on (UTC+01:00) Amsterdam, Berlin, Bern, Rome, Stockholm, Vienna.
However, the invitation defaults to (UTC+01:00) Casablanca for all recipients.
Even weirder, the times shown differ by 1 or even two hours, despite the two timezone being identical.

This completely breaks the tool for me.

  14. Trouble creating invite from Outlook client - Add to Email

We are having trouble creating this invite. Please try again. If this issue persists, contact us through our feedback page https://findtime.uservoice.com

Getting this above error, when trying to create an email and click on "Add to email" button.

I recently had an issue in signing -in, which is no more there and looks got fixed automatically after few days (I did raise another user voice bug). Not sure someone worked or fixed.

  15. People on my email invitation are unable to vote/access the poll

I've had several circumstances where I included people outside my organization on the email with a FindTime Poll included in the message who are at an organization not on Exchange and they are unable to access the poll. Any suggestions?

  16. Calendar Holds not Automatically Deleted

Findtime sometimes does not automatically delete the holds in your Calendar, even though a successful time was found and scheduled.

  18. cant get into dashboard details by clicking on meeting name??

Once I have created a FindTime poll I cannot get back into the meeting time details unless I select another invitee. I click on the meeting title and instead of getting the details I am brought to a page where I have to select someone's name, but when I try to click my own name under Organizer nothing happens, the page just refreshes. To get into the details I have to click on another attendees name as if I were them and it opens a voting page.

  20. Poll voters receive this error: Something Went Wrong

When using FindTime to arrange meetings internally, all of my recipients get a Something Went Wrong message (see screenshot attached).

I was testing the functionality for internal colleagues as often my attendees are across timezones and finding a suitable time isn't always easy, our company is currently mid migration to Exchange Online from on-premise.

When they click to vote in the poll they get the error, the website states that you don't need to have O365 or Outlook to be able to vote, however it appears that this is not the case if you are already logged into O365, you…
