  1. Time zones are completely messed up

    I scheduled a meeting on (UTC+01:00) Amsterdam, Berlin, Bern, Rome, Stockholm, Vienna.
    However, the invitation defaults to (UTC+01:00) Casablanca for all recipients.
    Even weirder, the times shown differ by 1 or even two hours, despite the two timezone being identical.

    This completely breaks the tool for me.

  2. Getting this error: "Sorry we are having trouble finding time"

    I installed the addin yesterday. Getting the same error both on Outlook web and on desktop.

  3. Poll voters receive this error: Something Went Wrong

    When using FindTime to arrange meetings internally, all of my recipients get a Something Went Wrong message (see screenshot attached).

    I was testing the functionality for internal colleagues as often my attendees are across timezones and finding a suitable time isn't always easy, our company is currently mid migration to Exchange Online from on-premise.

    When they click to vote in the poll they get the error, the website states that you don't need to have O365 or Outlook to be able to vote, however it appears that this is not the case if you are already logged into O365, you…

  4. Trouble creating invite from Outlook client - Add to Email

    We are having trouble creating this invite. Please try again. If this issue persists, contact us through our feedback page https://findtime.uservoice.com

    Getting this above error, when trying to create an email and click on "Add to email" button.

    I recently had an issue in signing -in, which is no more there and looks got fixed automatically after few days (I did raise another user voice bug). Not sure someone worked or fixed.

  5. Unable to use FindTime after linking account

    After selecting Link Account and the link account has been verified, I am unable to proceed. The link account window pane never goes away. This is happening for multiple users. Outlook 2016

  6. Unscheduled meetings remain unnecessarily in organizer's calendar as "HOLD:"

    When multiple meeting times selected and one of them is scheduled based votes, the rest other unscheduled meetings remain unnecessarily in organizer's calendar as "HOLD:"

    MSFT doesn't support this issue, it's unexpected to hear. Either provide support or take off such Add-ins.

  7. Your poll can't be displayed right now

    Intermittent error. Dashboard shows the open polls correctly, but clicking through comes up with "Your poll can't be displayed right now". No way to retrieve the suggested timeslots to handle this error manually.

  8. Submitting a vote doesnt creates the "Hold" in my calendar

    Submitting a vote doesnt creates the "Hold" in my calendar

    It used to work that once I submit my voting to a poll/Meeting invite that it also creates a "Hold" in my calendar so I can see when I am already "possibly booked"

    However, since a while I recognized that the HOLDs are not created after my voting which leads very often to a double booking behause I dont remember all Votings I made a few days later and hence ending up in meeting conflicts.

    Pls can you fix it?

  9. Why doesn't Teams work for online meetings in FindTime?

    I found a bug in FindTime. I can't make it through Teams at an online meeting. The default and only option is Skype for Business. In FindTime UserDashboard settings there is no choice between SfB and Teams. My company only uses Teams. Please, fix it.

  10. Missing schedule button

    FindTime updated their Dashboard today (3/11/2020) and now when I click on any of my meetings, the schedule button is gone. There is no way to manually schedule a meeting. Help!

  11. People on my email invitation are unable to vote/access the poll

    I've had several circumstances where I included people outside my organization on the email with a FindTime Poll included in the message who are at an organization not on Exchange and they are unable to access the poll. Any suggestions?

  14. Include the email invite details in the created calendar event

    FindTime used to take all the details in the invitation email and include them in the calendar entry, so I could include the agenda and any context notes. Now, it sets up a meeting with no information in it, unless I manually select a meeting option (before everyone has voted) and then copy and paste the original text.

    Please can you amend back again, or at least give the option, to include message text and attachments in the calendar invite?

  15. Finding Accounts Loop

    "Finding Accounts" keeps spinning. Never logs in.

    When I got to create a meeting, it asks me to sign in (ever since the teams update), then it sits there and spins.and says "finding accounts"

    the feature works if outlook is launched as an admin, but will not work otherwise.

    Thoughts?

  16. Users asked to sign-in using a Microsoft Account.

    A couple of people could not vote as the system was asking them to sign-in using their Microsoft Account. The system should not require a Microsoft account to be able to vote.

    All of a sudden FindTime Stopped working for all users in our enviroment. Error message:

    It does not matter where I move my cursor.
    Poll gets created though and can be seen in the dashboard.

  19. FindTime Add-in will not work in Office 365 Outlook Desktop Client

    Installing the Add-in from findtime.microsoft does not work. Upon restarting the client and starting the new e-mail the add-in won't load.

    It was working before until the new updated version of Outlook (with the new larger fluent design icons just a few days ago.) The web version works, but I rarely use my email using the web client.
