        Important News about FindTime

        Since we launched FindTime in late 2015, we've seen millions of votes to find the best day and time to meet. Today we are sharing news that FindTime is no longer available to install as an Outlook add-in.

        If you're an existing FindTime user, you'll be able to continue using FindTime. You'll be notified before we make any changes to the add-in.

        We are still committed to helping you save time when scheduling meetings and will have exciting news to share soon.

        • Findtime has disappeared from the Store

          I see today that Findtime plug in is now not found in the Store. Thus the product does not work anymore !

          Please could someone tell us what is going on. To give something and then take it away is very wrong and does not help us IT people with the business.

          • Findtime puts in links to microsoft phone numbers instead of using my company phone number.

            When the Skype information is added to the meeting invitation, the Find Local Numbers link connects to join.microsoft.com/dialin instead of join.mycompany.com/dialin. Same think for the Forgot your dial-in PIN link.

            • Why do you tease?

              Why does the landing page show an "Install for Free" button...when FindTime is no longer available as an add in? Suggest you take it down if you do not offer....and stop sending emails asking for users to sign up....especially since you apparently cant sign up.
              turned out it was "LostTime"!

                • Fonts too large

                  The FIndtime Notfifications emails have a font size that is at least two points larger than the normal Outlook font size. The layout is not fitting in the reading pane. The reading pane is approx 50% width of my 1080P monitor. The remaining three Outlook panes (nav, message list, right pane) are at their minimum size. And the FindTime email still renders with horizontal scrollbar. (Please contact me for screenshot)

                  Please make this message more screen-friendly. I expect that if regilar emails render well, so shoudl the findtime notification emails. A good start would be to make standard-sized fonts.

                    • Meeting Holds Not Created Until First Person Responds

                      Before today, whenever I would create a Meeting Poll, holds would immeidiately showup on my calendar for all the times I selected. Today however, the holds aren't showing up until someone (other than myself) votes for their desired time(s). Holds should be showing up on the organizers calendar immediately. I even tried going into the FindTime dashboard, selecting some preferred times, submitting, and subscribing to votes - no calendar holds ever showed up....until someone other than me voted. I'm pretty sure this is not expected behavior, and makes FindTime impossible to use. I need to be able to send out…

                        I modified options using the web site.

                        • Invitation has been misspelt as "invite"

                          A confirmation message arrived just after I invited a vendor to meet with me. The body reads:

                          "We are confirming you sent an invite named [foo]]. "

                          But "invite" is a verb, whereas the context clearly calls for the noun form "invitation".

                              • Outlook for IOS does not allow me to set up Find Time Invites.

                                Would be great if this app would work on mobile phones.
                                I cannot find how to set up with my O365 app on IOS to be able to send invites.
                                Outlook IOS supports the ability to send open times via the Outlook App, so I would think mobile app would not be too far out of the question to also have since so many folks use mobile phones to reply to emails and set up meetings.

                                    i might be confused but i dont find an Option to amend a meeting poll once it is send (i.e. Change times or Dates and resend)

                                      • Cannot modify FindTime created calendar event after confirmation

                                        After using the FindTime tool to setup a meeting, I attempt to change the date and time of that created calendar event on my O365 calendar. The event appears to have changed correctly and displays fine on my calendar but it is being saved and displayed at a completely different time on all of the attendee's calendars. Not good. Please fix. Thanks!

                                        • Can't select my correct timezone (British Summer Time / DST in UK)

                                          I'm using the same (2.0.1.0) version of the plugin as my colleague. We are both in the same timezone (London, currently British Summer Time which is UTC +1). His dropdown list of timezones in FindTime puts him in "UTC London" and his invitations are correct. My dropdown list is different: it puts me just in "(UTC) Coordinated Universal Time" and all of my invitations are out by one hour. The confirmations that come back seem to go in my calendar at the correct time, but they are marked "GMT Greenwich Meantime". So, for example, I have a calendar entry that…
