  2. Why doesn't Teams work for online meetings in FindTime?

    I found a bug in FindTime. I can't make it through Teams at an online meeting. The default and only option is Skype for Business. In FindTime UserDashboard settings there is no choice between SfB and Teams. My company only uses Teams. Please, fix it.

  3. Getting this error: "Sorry we are having trouble finding time"

    I installed the addin yesterday. Getting the same error both on Outlook web and on desktop.

  4. Unable to schedule the suggested meeting Error something broke

    After receiving an email notification "FindTime can't auto-schedule your meeting" and Signing In to schedule the error we encounter is something broke.

    We tried all other browser and same error occured.

  6. Meeting gets set doesn't remove holds

    Just sent a meeting invite out and after the schedule finalized the meeting holds didn't come off my calendar in outlook.

  8. FindTime Add-in will not work in Office 365 Outlook Desktop Client

    Installing the Add-in from findtime.microsoft does not work. Upon restarting the client and starting the new e-mail the add-in won't load.

    It was working before until the new updated version of Outlook (with the new larger fluent design icons just a few days ago.) The web version works, but I rarely use my email using the web client.

  9. Default to wrong time zone

    When creating a meeting poll the default time zone for me is UTC + 1 (Amsterdam). However I am in the PDT (UTC - 8, Seattle) time zone.

    The first time I used the feature I did not realize this until "hold" meetings where scheduled. This is because the timezone is not visible by default.

    Suggestion:
    P1: make the time zone default to the one specified in the OS or the Outlook calendar (or whatever is the correct way of identifying the user's time zone).

  10. Time zones are completely messed up

    I scheduled a meeting on (UTC+01:00) Amsterdam, Berlin, Bern, Rome, Stockholm, Vienna.
    However, the invitation defaults to (UTC+01:00) Casablanca for all recipients.
    Even weirder, the times shown differ by 1 or even two hours, despite the two timezone being identical.

    This completely breaks the tool for me.

  11. Meeting Holds Not Created Until First Person Responds

    Before today, whenever I would create a Meeting Poll, holds would immeidiately showup on my calendar for all the times I selected. Today however, the holds aren't showing up until someone (other than myself) votes for their desired time(s). Holds should be showing up on the organizers calendar immediately. I even tried going into the FindTime dashboard, selecting some preferred times, submitting, and subscribing to votes - no calendar holds ever showed up....until someone other than me voted. I'm pretty sure this is not expected behavior, and makes FindTime impossible to use. I need to be able to send out…

    We are having connectivity issues with our suggestions service and as such the organizer add-in is broken at this time. Currently open invites should continue to work as expected, except that Free/Busy information will be unavailable for those who sign in.
    We will send an update when the issue is resolved.

  13. Unable to use FindTime after linking account

    After selecting Link Account and the link account has been verified, I am unable to proceed. The link account window pane never goes away. This is happening for multiple users. Outlook 2016

    I have scheduled several meetings with findtime via Outlook 2016 and all parties receive the invitation but I as the organizer don't get it. Nothing is put on my calendar

  16. Cancelling a meeting did not remove Hold placeholders in my calendar

    Having cancelled a meeting, I expected it to remove the Holds that were in my calendar. But it didn't and I had to delete each one manually. This needs to be resolved, because I often have to juggle many different meetings at the same time, and it will fast become confusing if I have to cancel unnecessary Holds as well.

    Submitting a vote doesnt creates the "Hold" in my calendar

    It used to work that once I submit my voting to a poll/Meeting invite that it also creates a "Hold" in my calendar so I can see when I am already "possibly booked"

    However, since a while I recognized that the HOLDs are not created after my voting which leads very often to a double booking behause I dont remember all Votings I made a few days later and hence ending up in meeting conflicts.

    Pls can you fix it?

  18. Adding Contact list, Distribution list, or Office 365 group members as Recipients (Atendees).

    1) Unable to add a Contact List as the Recipient.
    2) When I add a Distribution List as Recipient, only one Atendee appears (instead of all members of the list). The same problem with the Office 365 Group.

    It would be very helpful if we were able to add whole Contact list/Distribution list/O365 group members as Atendees, instead of adding 20 people manualy one by one.

  19. Meeting invites appear at the bottom of the message chain

    when creating a FindTime meeting, the message invite with the bridge information appears at the very bottom of the message chain, this can cause a lot of confusion if the FindTime was sent as a reply to a thread, and even more confusing if FindTime is used multiple times within a thread.

  20. Recurring meetings

    Is it possible to have a FindTime feature that helps with setting up a recurring meeting. Attendees can just vote on which option works best and FindTime can help scheduler choose an appropriate date to start the series.
