Why doesn't Teams work for online meetings in FindTime?
I found a bug in FindTime. I can't make it through Teams at an online meeting. The default and only option is Skype for Business. In FindTime UserDashboard settings there is no choice between SfB and Teams. My company only uses Teams. Please, fix it.
Even though my company is in Coexistence mode, it would be preferred to have a way for the meeting link to be a Teams meeting link.

I really liked your article, your article is very petrified of me in the learning process and provides additional knowledge to me. Maybe I can learn more from you, I will wait for your next article, thanks.

I am having the same issue. FindTime used to have Teams as an option, and then recently switched to only show Skype as an option.
we've switched to Teams only on Org-wide settings in the Tennant and it's still creating Skype meetings

Same here, we're on Teams and Zoom. Please support both.
Like William, Teams meetings still do not seem to be working for us. We are Teams only but Skype meetings are sent.
Edit: I want to correct something. We are still in Island mode at a tenant level. However, we have some/many individual users set as Teams Only on their personal coexistence mode policy. These are the users struggling with FindTime meetings. Is this not supported? Is it tenant level or nothing?

Ricardo, this doesn't appear to be happening. I have Teams preferred and FindTime is still sending Skype for Business meetings out. In my "old" dashboard, it says "Skype settings No Skype info" and it still sends Skype meetings. I see no such option in the "new" dashboard.
Hi everyone, this issue is fixed now and FindTime is now respecting the user's default Online Meeting provider when creating an online meeting (Skype for Business and Teams currently supported). If you are a Teams user your online meetings will no longer fall back to Skype.
Although we don't support other Online Meeting providers like Zoom or Webex "natively" at the moment, one workaround for people wanting to use these providers is to remove the auto schedule option when creating a poll and adding the desired provider at the moment the event is manually scheduled (you get a chance to edit the event's details before sending it when scheduling manually).

Same here. We're on Teams only, and FindTime switched back to Skype for Business some weeks ago, most likely after the switch to storing data inside the user's Exchange mailbox.
Please fix asap!
It recently started scheduling as Skype when it should be Teams. Please correct.

Same issue, FindTIme is sending out Skype for Business invitations - but we have gone Teams-only and Skype for Business is turned off! I have tested deleting the FindTime account - but this does not fix the issue, more Skype for Business...

Very annoying and there are no workaround because when the meeting is sent with Skype settings, it is not possible to change and use a Teams meeting, except removing the meeting and creating a new meeting...
FindTime is now suddenly sending Skype meetings again

Seems like my FindTime app updated and now I can't schedule meetings with Teams only Skype?

My org is in Hybrid mode.... there is no way for me to choose to only use Teams at the ORG level, but you should NOT pigeonhole me into what my org's default is because MOST of us still use Teams and not Skype (only sales does). I should have the option at a PERSONAL level to select either Skype OR Teams --- and an option to add other services too.
Please also not only include Teams option but allow Zoom, GoToMeeting, and other main video conferencing modalities to streamline through FindTime. You'll gain a lot of users by allowing more options!
Same issue, can't schedule as Teams meeting and no options under

Same issue. Unable to schedule a Teams call. Only Skype. We depreciated Skype months ago in my Organization.
FindTime continues to Default to Skype, not Teams:
- I have removed Skype for Business using Windows Add/Remove programs
- I have the Teams Outlook Add-in Installed and regularly use it to schedule Teams meetings
- I have a Teams license, including a calling plan
- my O365 Org is upgraded to Team Only
- and I have confirmed on my FindTime User dashboard settings that there are no Skype settings
So why in the world do I continue to have to put up with Skype in the message invites?
I have this same problem. I hope they find a fix soon!
