FindTime Add-in will not work in Office 365 Outlook Desktop Client
Installing the Add-in from findtime.microsoft does not work. Upon restarting the client and starting the new e-mail the add-in won't load.
It was working before until the new updated version of Outlook (with the new larger fluent design icons just a few days ago.) The web version works, but I rarely use my email using the web client.

The same problem (only) with my Outlook client installation (newest version, OWA works fine).
Already tried "icacls %userprofile%\Appdata\LocalLow /t /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)L" as well as the steps Microsoft provides for missing Add-ins (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/troubleshoot/access-management/user-not-seeing-add-ins#for-outlook-2016-outlook-2019-and-outlook-for-microsoft-365).
We also tried "the troubleshooting FindTime installation issues" advices -

Same here, Michael's comment from March 10 did the job in a second.

I just discovered HP SureClick also breaks Findtime (we use Outlook 2019, but I'd guess it likely breaks 365 also) - just in case anyone else is Googling everywhere for a fix like I was.

Michael's comment from March 10, 2020 16:33 below fixed my problem in under a minute. No reboot needed!

I'm getting the same thing. Internal Microsoft tenant. On both Outlook Desktop and Outlook browser in New Edge.

I keep getting Error "We are having trouble creating this invite. Please try again. If this issue persists, contact us through our feedback page". Nothing I do makes a difference

It seems the "New Dashboard" does not record the user's original settings and/or contact information.
Why not integrate the old and new dashboards so we can keep track of all meetings instead of toggling back and forth?

I have used FindTime multiple times. Now suddenly when clicking FindTime in Outlook it requires me to log in. Clicking Login opens a new window "Finding Account" and nothing happens.

Anyone having this issue please run the command prompt as an admin and run this
icacls %userprofile%\Appdata\LocalLow /t /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)L
Try again when it is done running and if it works for you then the issue was caused because the LocalLow cache isn't set to the correct integrity level. This problem was driving me crazy on my customer's computer but this fixed it.

MS put out a vague announcement about updating the back-end service for FindTime. Hoping it resolves the issue. Worked for me in Outlook 2016 v 1902 and below, but once I got release 1908, FindTime (in Outlook) stopped working. I could use it in OWA/365, though. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=&searchterms=58210

With Office 2019 it only works when you first hit the reply button.
If you then click the New Meeting Poll it works. -

Same for me. Just spins in the desktop.

typical microsoft....a half-working product with no support...hmmm....Why couldn't Apple have won the Enterprise race in the 90s?

Does anyone from FindTime support check these forums at all? I also tried to contact support and have never heard back from anyone and that was a month ago. It is almost like this Garage supported app has been dumped by Microsoft and no one is supporting it anymore.

From Desktop Client - If using the general reply button (or reply to all) the selecting New Meeting Poll everything works - Using Reply with Meeting Poll - "Time is of the essence" is all it does. I noticed if i remove from Add ins from O365 completly...wait a few minutes.... re add. the first time it will work but then back to "Time is of the essence".. Works fine within O365 online but this greatly reduces productivity having to log in to web portal.
