Submitting a vote doesnt creates the "Hold" in my calendar
Submitting a vote doesnt creates the "Hold" in my calendar
It used to work that once I submit my voting to a poll/Meeting invite that it also creates a "Hold" in my calendar so I can see when I am already "possibly booked"
However, since a while I recognized that the HOLDs are not created after my voting which leads very often to a double booking behause I dont remember all Votings I made a few days later and hence ending up in meeting conflicts.
Pls can you fix it?
Tx

The subscribe button isn't prompted after you provide your votes.

Hello,
is there any timeline defined to get this fixed? I very often schedule meetings between AXA and SAP and it would be great if that works again completely.
To describe what goes wrong:
If I schedule (out of AXA )a meeting with AXA and SAP colleagues, only the AXA colleagues get the HOLD into the agenda. I understood, that the others will get the HOLD once they vote and subscribe to the vote. But no one sees this subscribe button.... -

This is a must have feature! Without the tool is useless. I'm getting 10 and more request per week. Without seeing what slots in my calendar were already "booked" by other FindTime votes I gave makes it impossible to stay master of your calendar.
Fix it asap!!!! -

Please fix the problem of missing "Holds" for the participants after voting.
Without those "Holds" for the participants, FindTime is useless!
It used to work reliably before and it is still explained on the FindTime website.
You need to fix this asap!

We face the exact same issue. We do also heavily rely on this feature and are experiencing meeting conflicts already.
@FindTime Team, please check this and bring this feature back. Thank you.
Best regards, Christine

Hi There,
Do you have any updates? thi is still occurign and I just got a new meeting poll invite, selcetd a few optiosn but the holds are not showing up in my calendar.
I am on Exchange O365 sicne a while already and I am really heavy relaing on an accurate calendar but with this issue, I cant manage all my possible holds which causes multiple bookings and overlaps. All this pollutes my calendar or makes it simply impossible to manage meeting requests accordingly.Pls can you look at this?
Thanks a lot and cheers, Steve
