Finding Accounts Loop
"Finding Accounts" keeps spinning. Never logs in.
When I got to create a meeting, it asks me to sign in (ever since the teams update), then it sits there and spins.and says "finding accounts"
the feature works if outlook is launched as an admin, but will not work otherwise.
I have the same issue with Findtime in Outlook 2016. Users click on find time and it opens up with the "welcome - login" . They enter their details ands then click login. Findtime then opens "Finding Accounts" and the blue circle of dots just runs, and runs and runs.
Have ran Outlook as admin - no joy. Only quick way round the issue at the moment has been to install Office 365. However, this is a sledgehammer to ***** a nut.
Is anyone at Microsoft looking at this forum or the issues that people have been raising here? Just very frustrated as feel like the user base has been just left with no support.
Same issue. Have to run Outlook as administrator or otherwise it hangs at finding accounts.
My colleague is running ProPlus Office and doesn't have the issue.
I'm having the same issue. even if you run as admin, it asks you to login everytime. no issues from what I can tell in OWA. we need a fix for the desktop app.
