Trouble creating invite from Outlook client - Add to Email

Getting this above error, when trying to create an email and click on "Add to email" button.
I recently had an issue in signing -in, which is no more there and looks got fixed automatically after few days (I did raise another user voice bug). Not sure someone worked or fixed.

I have experiencing this same issue when I create an invitation from scratch (new). Then I go to "Reply with meeting poll" from a mail... make modification and so on, and it works.
No idea why!
first I thought it was related to creating a meeting with skype info. -kind of interferences with other programs or so- but not. -

I have this issue as well. Internal or external. Outlook or Web. Hold invites put on my calendar and nothing sent to audience.

I have been having this same issue for the past 48 hours. Nothing I do seems to resolve it.

Exact same issue as stated by user on July 2nd
HOLD meetings are scheduled in my calendar, however invites are not being sent.
Tested with both external and internal email address - no difference.
