Special characters issue

When a email name has a special character (e.g. é) the platform cannot add this participant.

It appears that this is even true of hyphens in hyphenated names. Adding manually on the website also did not accept the hyphen.

Same for German characters (ä, ö, ü) in names.
Workaround is to send out the poll and add the participants manually on the website of the poll (without special characters).
