People on my email invitation are unable to vote/access the poll
I've had several circumstances where I included people outside my organization on the email with a FindTime Poll included in the message who are at an organization not on Exchange and they are unable to access the poll. Any suggestions?
I've been having issues with one individual not being able to submit the votes (Can see the poll but it does not allow the individual to submit the votes)

I am experiencing this as well, but not with all of my customers. I had one customer send me a screenshot and it's interesting that instead of directing them to the full URL, they are directed to https://outlook.office.com/mail. See attachment. I think it may have something to do with what the original post stated about not being on Exchange. Another theory I had was that anti-phishing email software was scraping the URL to make it unusable.
