Meeting Poll goes out to recipients before actually hitting "send"
I started a meeting poll, but realized someone was left out. I went back to add the person, but all of a sudden the poll went out, even though I never hit send.
Here are the steps taken:
1. Enter Recipient
2. Choose Find Time Poll
3. Pick dates and times
4. Realized someone was forgotten
5. Add the missing recipient
6. The meeting poll goes out. The users receive "You have been added to a meeting poll", they can complete the poll...but I never actually hit send.
7. I receive poll responses before sending the actual poll out.
The real invitation will include details about the meeting.
I have informed users at my company and will be careful to ensure all recipients are included originally, but there has to be a better way. The meeting poll should never go out before we click send.
