Umlaut in names don't work
If there are umlauts in names they don't work. For example my name "Jürgen" shows as Jürgen in the e-mails that are sent out and also on the webpage.

Let me modify mandatory attendees prior to findtime send
It's too hard to identify target slots. There is an assumption of mandatory attendees for the to line; let me adjust that before sending. Don't auto-schedule when I'm still modifying the required attendees.

Meeting recipients getting a reschedule 15 minutes prior to meeting
FindTime is working well to schedule the meeting. Once the meeting is all booked, I'm finding that recipients are getting a reschedule 15 minutes prior (alarm time maybe) which is moving the meeting back 5 hours!
For example a 9:30aET meeting is being rescheduled to 4:30aET. This is happening pretty consistently.

identification problema
when I create an invitation from Outlook addon, people enter the system and are automatically redirected to an attendee from the list without giving the possibility to choose who you are. Clicking on the back Arrow inside the mask we go to the who you are page.
Hoeìw can we create a general link which doesn't cashes the attendee? Is it a proxy issue perhaps?

Change invite so one member is now optional, invite is duplicated
I sent an invite with both parties required, and then I changed one of them to be optional. This changed the status of the meeting as accepted since we only have one other required member. This resulted in the meeting as accepted, but the calendar now shows TWO meetings at the same time.

Sending meeting poll to GMail users breaks autoscheduling.
When scheduling a meeting with users who have a @gmail.com address they are able to vote however the organizer receives an error stating that the meeting could not be auto scheduled. If the organizer goes to the FindTime dashboard and clicks schedule the meeting is successfully scheduled.

Plain Text Reply Causes
When replying to an email with a meeting poll, the message format needs to be changed from Plain Text. The meeting poll appears to get inserted into the message. When sent, the message content goes back to plain text. The recipients do not receive links or content to respond to the poll.

If FindTime creates a meeting, I cannot track it in CRM because "it was created by another user"

ffdd8be0-580a-4366-b2e0-1609d7097156
IE Error window pops up when trying to use the Control + left click on mouse (trying to select multiple days), which apparently is not allowed. I am doing this in the local install of the Outlook client. The error code is: ffdd8be0-580a-4366-b2e0-1609d7097156, but not sure how much help that will be since it looks like this might be a generic error code. This does not stop FindTime from working (it stays up in the Outlook app). It is just annoying.

Attendees receive update for wrong time
After setting up a meeting and having everyone vote and finally confirm the times, I ran into an issue. Some, but not all, of the users on the invite received a calendar update 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. The meeting was schedule for 1 PM MT. At 12:45 some users received an update saying the meeting was at 8:00 AM this morning (in the past). I was not near my computer or phone at 12:45 when the update was sent out. My sent folder does show a sent update at that time, but it reflects a 1 PM…

When creating a meeting poll, text overlapped when rendering in Outlook 2016
When I was scheduling my first findtime in Outlook 2016, the text was overlapping in the find time pane on the right side when I went to review the times I had selected. if it happens again, I'll snap a screenshot.

Skype for business - Join button
FindTime adds my Skype for Business details currently but does not format the meeting as a 'Skype Meeting' (meaning the 'Join Meeting' button is not enabled on the ribbon and I cannot join directly from S4B).

Invitees who choose time should be listed as "Accepted" in OL calendar tracking view
After an invitee accepts time to meet, and the calendar invite is created, the invitee should appear as "accepted" in the OL Tracking view.

Switching between Inbox and Calendar
Reply to a mail and start creating a poll to insert. Switch to the calendar to check your own availability (making sure you're in the office and so on), switch back to the inbox, meeting poll is gone and findtime crashes.
This is on office 365, Outlook 2016, latest updates installed.
