    Occurs in Outlook client (build 12915).
    1. viewing an email I received that includes 2 external emails addresses on the To line.
    2. click the New Meeting Poll button.
    3. FindTime panel opens on right. Error message displayed at the top and over the disabled panel.
    4. Clicking OK button dismisses error and FindTime appears ok...

  3. finding recipients

    I'm trying to set up a new meeting poll, but I keep getting an error message.

  4. No Notifications at all

    I sent a test invitation via webmail and the invited person voted, but I do not get an answer mail about the vote. Notification ist active. I did not get any one of the other mentioned notifications like welcome message as well.

  6. FindTime greyed out when creating new mail in Outlook 2016

    When I'm in the Outlook 2016 overview I have an option to "Reply with meeting poll" as expected. However, when I compose a new mail the option is greyed out. When I check for the add-on options I see that FindTime is activated and should work. I added a (Dutch) screenshot to visualize what I mean :).

    Here are some tips to help with Gray icons.

    a. If you have encryption settings enabled, disable them. Add-ins do not perform well with privacy settings. 

    Run outlook as an administrator. This disables any rogues plugins that is taking over the ribbon. 

    c. Sometimes other COM plugins such as “Todoist” or “ShareFile” or “SalesForce” interfere with the ribbon. You can disable those to see if add-ins come back. 

  7. Meeting Holds Not Created

    Occasionally FindTime fails to create meeting holds on my calendar. I've been unable to determine if there is a pattern. It would be helpful if the user could manually (re)create meeting holds after a poll had already been created.

    Yeah, we have been looking at the logs to see if we can nail the intermittent issue but whenever someone raises this as an issue, we see everything was in order to create and delete holds.

    Now we do have a way to create holds on demand, if you go to vote and submit then you should see an option to subscribe to holds. This feature also allows attendees to subscribe to holds if they are on O365.

  8. Suggested time provides only "Sorry, we are having trouble finding time"

    Checking or unchecking the 'Working hours' box doesn't change the behavior, I always get a sad face with the message "Sorry, we are having trouble finding time." and a Try Again link that spins an "Apology for the delay" animated gif and then returns the same message as before.

    OS: Win10 (x64 Enterprise 10547)
    Office: 16.0.4229.1024 (x64)

    Invitee list is comprised of users that are inside my Exchange org as well as external.

    Bunch of improvements in our time out and new retry logic should prevent this from happening. Please let us know if you ever see this again. We want to be able to Find Time for you every time you ask!

  9. It didn't create the meeting

    After I received all voting, when I click to create the meeting (both email or browser), it asks if that's what I want to do and when I confirm it gives me the message "Something Broke" and no meeting is created

    Hi Fabio – Happy to help!

    We pushed a fix last Friday and you should not see this happen again.

    The issue was related to the organizer’s TimeZone. In certain flow, we fail to register it with the invite sent and w/o it, we were not able to schedule with exchange.

  10. scheduled the meeting and it different remove the HOLD from my calendar

    I received the votes from the external recipients whose calendar I couldn't see. So I clicked a time on the web and said schedule. It sent the invite out to all, but it did NOT remove the HOLD meetings from the other suggested times.

    Definitely not intentional and I will need more information to be able to debug this further. If this happens again or if you have meeting information (URL or invite id) feel free to send it to us by replying to this email.

  11. Skype meetings generate incorrect format, error

    Meetings create with Skype option throw this error when you try to examine them in Outlook calendar: "Open Meeting Failed. You can't make changes to this Skype meeting because it has some properties that are not valid. If changes are necessary, please delete this meeting and reschedule."

    No notifications of any kind over last 6 weeks. Not the initial confirmation. Not when invitees vote. Absolutely consistent. Just stopped working.

  18. App failing to load after latest Office updates installed last week.

    When clicking "New Meeting Poll" app fails to load (not even trying to look out to the internet from looking at logs) and clicking restart does nothing or worse crashes outlook.

  20. The FindTime meeting invite doesn't add the correct Skype For Business details when creating the meeting invite.

    I have to create a new meeting request and add in my online meeting details from outlook, for some reason FindTime is picking some other Skype meeting details.
