Happy New Year from the FindTime team!

Happy New Year! Thank you for installing and using FindTime. A lot has happened since we launched FindTime last month, and I’d like to share a few highlights. First and foremost, because of your support, FindTime has now scheduled an amazing 10,000 meetings! Wow! Let’s keep it up!

We are always listening to the feedback on our UserVoice forums and love hearing from you so we can understand what matters most to you. Because of your feedback, we release new ideas and fixes several times a week. Here are a few of the key features we've recently released.

SCHEDULE MEETINGS ON WEEKENDS
We understand that work never stops, or that you want to plan a weekend event, or that not everyone works Monday through Friday. Now you can use FindTime for all those occasions. And as a bonus, we now respect your working hours from Exchange.
UPDATE ATTENDEE INFORMATION
We do our best to correctly display attendee names, but sometimes we don’t get it quite right. Now, you can update attendee names yourself, and — drum roll — change an attendee’s required status, right from the voting page.

EASILY CONFIGURE SETTINGS
As an organizer, you can now configure your default settings from your dashboard, including your Skype settings. If we can’t auto-detect your Skype settings, you now have a place to add your Skype bridge information yourself.
