Browser Support

What browsers are supported?

FindTime makes use of some modern web technologies that are incompatible with older versions of some browsers.
For an optimal experience we recommend updating to your latest browser version.

Using Internet Explorer versions 9 and below could result in an unpredictable experience.
In some cases the app will fail to load.

Common issues

JavaScript is disabled

You may receive a message indicating JavaScript is disabled in your browser.

If this happens, ensure you haven't disabled JavaScript in your browser settings.

You may want to try updating your browser if you are not on the latest version.

Local Storage unsupported

FindTime needs access to your browser's local storage in order to perform certain features.

Make sure local storage is enabled in your browser. See below for Chrome.

If you are using Internet Explorer 10 and your settings are correct, you may be running into another issue. See this link for more info.

Script errors

If while using FindTime, you come across a page that fails to load and instead displays raw JavaScript code, you are likely experiencing a Scripting issue. Example (note the visible brackets):

This can occur for a number of reasons. The first thing to try is clearing your browser cache. If you experience this issue in Outlook, then clear the Internet Explorer cache.

If that didn't fix the issue, you may want to try changing browser security settings, such as protected mode, and allowed sites.

If you are unable to load the app in Outlook, you might need to perform the workaround steps in this article.

Still stuck?

If you are still having trouble, please open a ticket or search topics to see if someone has had the same issue.
