Add-in load failure after installing May 2016 office update

FindTime is failing to load due to a bug in the recent office update. If you are experiencing FT load issues, then you may want to un-install this office update. Fix will be available in the next office update.

The KB in question is   

Please go to
My Computer, click Uninstall or change a program at the top, click View installed updates, then select the KB from there to uninstall.

  To verify that it worked. You can check the version of Osf.dll. It should be 4266 not 4378:  

Restart outlook, load FindTime again and it should work. :-)
