The KB in question is https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/kb/3115091.
Please go toMy Computer, click Uninstall or change a program at the top, click View installed updates, then select the KB from there to uninstall.
To verify that it worked. You can check the version of Osf.dll. It should be 4266 not 4378:
Restart outlook, load FindTime again and it should work. :-)
