I use FindTime extensively for scheduling both internal and external meetings. I have defined categories to take care of the different interactions I have, e.g., customer call, internal meeting for Team X, conferences, etc.
Categorization helps me in three different ways:
1. I can quickly identify at a glance where my day is going to be spent.
2. It helps me identify external facing meetings, which are of highest priority for me.
3. I prepare myself mentally for the day and start thinking about the things that will be discussed during the meetings so that my meetings will be productive.Nancy Stronczek supported this idea ·
