Hi everyone, this issue is fixed now and FindTime is now respecting the user's default Online Meeting provider when creating an online meeting (Skype for Business and Teams currently supported). If you are a Teams user your online meetings will no longer fall back to Skype.

Although we don't support other Online Meeting providers like Zoom or Webex "natively" at the moment, one workaround for people wanting to use these providers is to remove the auto schedule option when creating a poll and adding the desired provider at the moment the event is manually scheduled (you get a chance to edit the event's details before sending it when scheduling manually).

I see what you mean. The "New Meeting" buttons replace the old "Schedule" buttons. When you click on "New Meeting", a new meeting form will pop out with all the poll and time option settings pre-filled. If you don't want to make any changes, you can click on the "Send" button to schedule the meeting.

    HI,

You can still manually schedule a poll from the poll's voting page. Have you tried clicking on a poll from the dashboard?

Hi Andrea, thanks for reporting and sorry for the inconvenience.

This issue is fixed now and any new meetings you schedule through FindTime should recognize the correct Online Meeting provider.

Hi Thierry, thanks for your feedback. FindTime's logic to select the display time zone is as follows:

    - If the user (either organizer or attendee) is an Office 365 user and is signed in, we display the poll in the user's time zone as configured in his/her OWA settings

    - For non signed in users we display the poll in the computer's time zone

Please let me know if you are seeing otherwise or your thoughts on this behavior,

    Hi,

FindTime migrated to a new dashboard. Can you try https://outlook.office.com/findtime/dashboard ?

From now on, new polls will be displayed in the new dashboard. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hi Enrico,

FindTime supports sorting times by availability and chronologically. Could you check what kind of sort you are using? Also see if the options to show only working hours is checked or not.

If none of the above helps, could you paste a screenshot of what you are seeing?
