See this page for how to check FT is installed and enabled. In the same dialog box you may uncheck or uninstall outlook add-ins.

Since this is such a common ask, I thought I will provide some background on why it is not currently supported. FindTime uses Azure Active Directory issued tokens to access the Exchange mailbox in order to provide free/busy information and schedule on behalf of the organizer when required. Unfortunately, hybrid configurations do not support AAD tokens natively. This means we (the FindTime app code) cannot talk to the organizers mailbox without storing username and password. Due to security concerns, you can see why this is a path we do not wish to take.

I am hopeful, that it will become available as Exchange team rolls out features to support AAD token access for Hybrid and Dedicated tenants.

Till then, you can upvote to subscribe so that we can let you know when status changes.

On the final page of the invite creation process in the plugin, we add the link at the bottom. You can send that link to your customers.

You can click on the back arrow (left to the subject) and send the link to the authenticate page or select an attendee and send them their personal links.

    Does that work?

Awesome! What I just described is now in production. So next time when you create an invite, look for the link at the bottom of the final plugin screen. Give it a try and let me know.

Regarding voting notifications, there is an option to turn them off when you create an invite. That setting is sticky and it will remember that you do not like being emailed when your attendees vote. We are thinking of adding an option to do daily digest or batch notify on votes. We do tend to see a lot of people scheduling from these notifications and they continue to provide value for the times when you want to land on a time ASAP.

https://findtime.microsoft.com/home/getstarted shows how it will look in 2013. It does not have it's own icon and it is hidden under "Apps for Office" .

ok, so a coworker sends out a FT request/s, I mark times that I can attend... I know the organizers time is on hold for their calendar. Is the same thing possible for me as a recipient? I do not see anything on my end until the meeting is set. Otherwise I may be booking in the blind over top of the same time when I said I can attend because nothing is displayed on my calendar that it should be on hold for me as well.

If you want an example I can show you one that is still open.
